Closing and Transition

Closing and Transition

You are now approaching the most rewarding stage of your purchase. Closing day marks the moment when your vision becomes reality, and preparation ensures that everything concludes smoothly and efficiently.

Final Walk-Through Inspection.

Before the signing, your advisor will arrange a final visit to the property. This step confirms that all agreed-upon conditions have been met, that the home is in proper working order, and that any inclusions such as furniture or fixtures remain as specified in the contract.

It is the last opportunity to verify that your new property is ready for handover.

Home Services and Utilities

Our team will provide a list of local service providers to help you connect utilities such as water, electricity, internet, and security systems. We can also recommend trusted vendors for home management, maintenance, and design support so your transition into the property is seamless.

Closing Day

On the day of closing, the Notario Público will oversee the signing of the deed and all required documents. You and the seller will review and sign the final settlement statement summarizing the financial terms of the transaction.

If you are financing the purchase, additional lender documentation will be completed during this stage.

Funds are transferred through the escrow account, and once verified, ownership is officially recorded in your name or in your trust. Keys and any relevant property materials are then handed over.

After Closing

Even after the sale is complete, your relationship with IG Realty continues. Whether you need support managing your new property, preparing it for rental, or navigating future opportunities in the market, our team is here to assist you with discretion and professionalism.
