Loreto Real Estate

Loreto’s real estate scene is getting up there, trailing right behind San Lucas and San Jose. With a wide variety of locales to choose from, the peaceful community is ripe for long-term investments. Perhaps you want a home at Loreto Bay, being closest to nature. Maybe you want something at Danzante Bay, a rising Loreto star filled with golf courses and other amenities. Or maybe you want to hit it off at the downtown area and be nearby every noteworthy point of the city, say, for example, Marina Puerto Escondido, an up and coming master project with canal-front lots, luxurious homes and its own private dock, should you happen to be a fishing and/or yacht enthusiast. Whatever the case may be, you really can’t go wrong with Loreto.

In fact, it’s going so well, that the values of the real estate are slowly, but surely, making their way to the uppity slope. Year-after-year the new improvements and developments of the area are making one fine solid investment out of Loreto, and it’s only going to be a matter of time before the competition for a spot at the Bay becomes an intense venture.
